November 11, 2024at 1:36 pmAfter a major update at Henninger’s Inc. a few weeks ago, I am unable to access QuickBooks remotely. I updated successfully, which may not have been necessary since the on-site computer I connect with, the Shipping computer, had already been updated. I updated because I couldn’t get in. Now I’m stuck at the box that asks me to connect “to an existing company”. Hopefully you can straighten out the problem!
